Need someone to talk to? We're here to listen in confidence to anything you want to get off your chest.

Lots of people are doing just fine – whether professionally, financially, emotionally or in their relationships. But sometimes you have an idea that you want to tell someone in confidence. Sometimes you have an issue that you just don't think your friends will understand.

All sorts of things might make you wish you just had someone to talk to who will be supportive to you. Maybe you're lonely. Or do you wish that, just for a little while, you didn't have to 'keep up appearances?' You can tell us.
